Where we ship

Domestic addresses only, and we would rather say that plainly here than let you fill in an address and find out at checkout.

What it costs

Contiguous states

• Free Shipping — $0 on orders of $50 or more. 5-8 business days, tracked.
• Standard Shipping — $5.95 on orders under $50. 5-8 business days, tracked.
• Priority Shipping — $12.95. 2-4 business days, tracked.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses

• Standard Shipping — $9.95 on orders under $75. 7-14 business days.
• Free Shipping — $0 on orders of $75 or more. 7-14 business days.

These addresses genuinely cost more to reach, so the rate is higher and the free-shipping threshold is higher. We are not going to bury that in a footnote.

Processing time

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1-2 business days. The delivery windows above start from dispatch, not from when you place the order. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday start processing the next business day.

Tracking

You get a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking has not moved after five business days, email us and we will chase it — you should not have to do that yourself.

If something goes wrong

If a parcel is lost, damaged or never scanned, tell us and we will replace it or refund it. We do not ask you to file the carrier claim.

Addresses

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Check it before you pay — once a parcel is dispatched we cannot redirect it. If you spot a mistake within an hour of ordering, email us immediately and we will try to catch it before it leaves.
